1995 Ford Mustang Parts & Accessories

Sales for the Ford Mustang reached a peak of almost 186,000 for the 1995 model year, although there were few changes to the car. One new offering for 1995 was a host of aftermarket performance parts from SVO (Special Vehicle Organization), ranging from rear-end gearsets to a Powerdyne supercharger pushing either 6- or 9-psi boost.

The 1995 SN95 Mustang still had two engine options - the 145 HP/215 lb-ft V-6, or the 5.0 L. The GT's 5.0 L V-8 produced 215 horsepower and 285 pound-feet of torque. Ford's SVT also designed a new Cobra R, with a 351 V-8 based on the F-150 Lightning engine. The new R had higher compression (9.2:1), more aggressive cam, and larger throttle body, giving it 300 horsepower and 365 lb-ft. They only made 250 of the Cobra R, and it sold out almost instantly.
