Our address verification process confirms that the billing address you entered matches the billing address your bank has on file for your credit card/ debit card. If information is entered incorrectly in any of the required fields, your order will be delayed, and or canceled. Please, take the time to enter your information correctly into the required billing and shipping address fields. Take time to double check spelling, address numbers and zip codes. Make sure apartment, lot or suite numbers are entered as they are shown on your monthly billing statement.

Same Day Shipping: In an effort to better serve our customers, LatemodelRestoration.com offers FREE same day shipping on most web orders. This service is available to all of our customers within the 48 contiguous states at no extra charge. Simply place your web order as usual and wait for your package. Some conditions will apply.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday in most cases.

Free Truck Freight Shipping: Truck Freight shipping applies to all items too large to ship via UPS. In order to serve you better, we will ship truck orders to either a business or a residential address. Truck Freight items are identified both on our catalog and on the web site. All items shipped Truck Freight are sent FREE of charge.
All truck freight orders must be checked by the receiver at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage found must be reported to the driver as well as noted on the delivery receipt by the receiver. By signing the delivery receipt the receiver has acknowledged the parts have been received in good condition free of noticeable damage therefore releasing liability of damage from the freight company.
Shipping to Canada: Shipping to Canada has never been easier and cheaper. Canadian customers can simply add items to their cart and checkout like usual. LatemodelRestoration.com now offers Standard shipping to Canada. When you select the Canadian shipping method (estimated 5-7 business days from date shipped) brokerage fees will be included. Canadian provincial taxes and duties will also be pre-calculated and added to the sales tax field on your order. When you place your order online the amount shown will be the amount you are charged and when your order arrives. No surprise charges!
APO/FPO Shipments: LatemodelRestoration.com would like to say thanks for your service to our great nation. To show our gratitude for your service, LatemodelRestoration.com will cover the shipping charges to your APO address. We also want to inform you that depending on your location of deployment, this shipping method can take some time to reach you. Some shipments may take as long as 60 days to reach your location.
International Shipping: Due to increasing freight cost, LatemodelRestoration.com no longer ships international orders direct. Choose your freight forwarder and set up all info related and we will ship your order to them FREE.
Missing Items: Please open you order and inspect upon delivery. Please report any missing item to LatemodelRestoration.com as soon a possible.
Damaged Items: We package all item(s) by the guidelines set forth by the shipping company. In case of a damaged item please contact LatemodelRestoration.com as soon as possible. We will reship the damaged item(s) and make a claim with the shipping company.
Please keep all packaging materials for damaged shipments. The shipping company will inspect the packaging materials for processing of the damage claim. The shipping company may contact the receiver to set up a convenient time to pick up and inspect the item.
Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived according to the tracking information email. Please contact LatemodelRestoration.com as soon as possible. We will contact the shipping company and take the necessary steps to replace your order.
Backordered Items: From time to time parts that you order may be out of stock. Our standard policy is to ship the items that are in stock and then ship the remainder as they become available. There are rare cases when we will hold the entire order until it is complete. LatemodelRestoration.com will ship all backordered items by UPS ground or priority mail at no additional cost to you!
Although your credit card is pre-authorized for the entire shipment, LatemodelRestoration.com does not charge your credit card for any item that is out of stock or on backorder until that part is ready for shipment. An effort will be made to contact you when a particular item becomes available for shipment either by email or by phone.

As-new, non-discontinued items are eligible for return up to 1 year from the purchase date. All returns require an original invoice and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers can be obtained using our online RMA request form or through a Customer Care Representative. LatemodelRestoration.com reserves the right to refuse any item(s) returned without prior authorization. Returns are usually processed within 4 business days of receipt at our dock.
Installed or used products are NOT eligible for return. All returned items must be complete and in the original packaging in resalable condition. If any component(s) of a returned item is missing, the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. If you received an item(s) that is damaged or defective, please contact your Customer Care Representative for a replacement. LatemodelRestoration.com reserves the right to refuse any item(s) that have been returned under false pretense. The items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer unless other arrangements have been made. When returning an item(s) it is recommended to insure the package for loss or damage. LatemodelRestoration.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your return arrives damaged, you will be contacted in order to file a claim with your carrier. We recommend you keep all tracking information from your carrier until you receive your refund.
Non-Returnable Products: Due to prohibitive freight costs, risk of damage or unique vehicle applications, returns are NOT allowed for the following products:

- Wheels that have had tires mounted on them
