The inner wheel well will still need to be massaged and the fender lips should be fine if the car is at factory ride height. For the front, a small wheel spacer will be needed to clear the strut. We recommend part number WCA-WS01K.

I installed these wheels and tires on my 84 convertible. I did have to use a spacer on the front that was recommended and did have to "massage" the rear fender well a bit. Everything fits with no robbing but rear tires are very close to the inner fender well. Will I have to worry about rubbing when cornering? Would a quarter inch spacer on the rear be advised? It seems as though it would be just enough. Thank you

Depending on ride height, your tires could contact the inner fender. A little messaging of the inner fender should remedy this. A spacer will work to move the tire out slightly, but may present interference problems with the outer fender lip.
