This UPR K-Member and Coil-Over Kit for your 1994-04 Mustang with a 5.0L based engine includes 12" 200lb coil over springs. This spring rate would provide a slightly softer than stock ride while still maintaining good street handling characteristics on full weight cars. We recommend this kit for street and strip applications.
UPR's Chrome-moly K-member kit will save more weight and exceed any strength limitations of mild steel, while allowing maximum header and oil pan clearance. This kit was designed for the abuse of dragrace and Street Enthusiasts, most importantly it will handle the everyday wear and tear of city & highway streets like that was it's main intent.
3. Coil over kit with exclusive design adjuster nut, includes new set screw design to ensure it never looses it's setting! They require no tools to adjust and Eibach springs for unmatchable ride quality.
When you see this kit in person you will be astonished with the quality of the components and welds, better than OEM. All while still retaining all factoy wheel and engine locations.
We recommend the a bumpsteer kit with this product.
Caster Camber plates are required for this product to fit correctly.
**requires Shorter Steering rack bolts
Bought this kit a couple weeks ago. Everything came in good conditions but the springs turned out to be different and read other reviews that the sleeves should have notches so they wont move when adjusting. Besides that looks great!
I have a 1996 Mustang GT convertible, and am doing the Coyote swap. Is this the kit that I need, and will the BBK swap headers fit without "adjustments"? Thanks Asked by Bill S.from Woodbury | Comment00

Thanks David. I know that UPR does make a Coyote swap kit, but that kit is not listed at latemodelrestoration.com. I'll update this Q&A with the solution.
In 1989, Mark Mainiero and his son Joe started UPR Products with Mustangs in mind. With the help of their employees Jeremy Martorella and Bart Tobener, they brought in more racing victories and records than any other shop of that time. In 1998, Joe recognized the need for a company that fully understood the Mustang racer's suspension needs. While making customer service his main priority, he strived to offer the strongest, lightest, and highest quality parts at an affordable price. A firm believer in the “keep it simple” philosophy Joe made sure all his components could be easily installed and adjusted. Shop UPR for high quality Mustang performance and dress up components.
Everytime I have delt with LateModel, it seems to get better and better. I have had all positive experiences which is much more than i can say about Summit, or American Muscle. I like the mom and pop shop feel i get when i deal with LateModel. We had a family buisness turning wrenches and a huge part of our success was customer service. Specifically treating every single female as how we would want our sister of mother treated when going to a buisness. We were always more than fair, accommodating and made sure to make all of our customers leave with a smile. And it worked. 30 years later my brother is still in buisness. Yesterday, I got that same type of treatment by Ian. Thank you Ian, you really went above and beyond like this was your personal buisness. Late Model, you just def locked in another lifelong customer thanks to Ian. Semper Fi
