Just cracked the E7's and looking to replace with TW 170's. If I use these with ported stock intake, stock cam will the 19lb injectors be ok to use or would I need 24lb. Also have stock TB and Mass Air. Car is 88 Mustang 5.0 mass air car. I know I should but can I get away with the stock TB and Mass Air for now. And finally will I need to get custom tune? Thanks for the help!

Most OE intake and exhaust headers will fit on these heads but those stock parts will really choke down the performance ability of these heads. I do not see the need to go to a bigger injector with a stock cam and MAM. .

Use a 1.6:1 ratio, 3/8" stud rocker and 6.7" hardened pushrods. We offer a variety of brands for both. You can shop valvetrain parts here

I know I can run a stock cam with these heads but my question is, is it worthwhile to do so? My plan is heads and burner or track heat intake combo to matchup with my procharger. I actually like the sound, idle and performance of the stock cam but am willing to upgrade if I have to. My car has a great exhaust set up I just need to free up space to take full advantage of my procharger.

We have lots of folks with blower setups running these heads with a factory cam. If you are happy with the idle characteristics, that procharger will work well with these heads and you will see some significant gains.
