SVE is the brand of the components in the kit. As long as your 5.0 is native to and located in an 89-93 Mustang, it will indeed bolt right on.

A bigger mass air would benefit you, If you've upgraded your injectors it would be good to upgrade the mass air to the correct size for the injectors.

The Lincoln Mark 7 utilized the same belt routing and front dress as the Mustang, so all of these components should work just fine for you. If you live up north, I would recommend sticking with the 195 thermostat so the heater functions properly. For southern cars, a 160 or 180 degree is a popular choice.

I am considering purchasing this kit for my stock 91 LX Coupe. Can you tell me a rough estimate of hp gain to expect? Also, is there any additional tuning required after the installation? Thanks in advance!

Depending on if you have aftermarket exhaust on your car, I would say up to 20 HP. If you have stock exhaust, that will be your limiting factor. At that point I would say 10-15 Hp at the most.
