I'm currently Building an engine (Swapping 83 carb to 87 EFI) i have the block pistons heads. working on the upper engine and i see this kit is perfect just need to pass emissions? Also is Pully's from the 83 the same as the 87 so i could use them instead of buying new ones i'm on a budget build thanks!

This kit is not C.A.R.B. legal in California. 1979-1986 V8 powered Mustangs pulley sizes may vary slightly. Our stock replacement pulley kit, http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/LRS-8221/Mustang-Stock-Steel-Pulley-Kit-Black-79-93, would be perfect for your build.
Here are the pulley measurements:
Alternator Pulley - 2.1"
Water Pump Pulley - 4.6"
Crank Pulley - 5.8"

The GT40 cast iron heads intake ports will be slightly smaller than the SVE intake, but the two will mate together without issue and make good power.

The intake you are currently running is similar to a GT40 or 93 Cobra intake, and this will flow better than those. We have not encountered any whistle issues with these. You should be good to go.
