Description

The stock Hydraulic Throwout Bearing, also refered to as a Hydraulic Release Bearing, works well on mild Mustang applications that retain the stock clutch. However, if you have upgraded your Mustang Clutch, you've probably realized some shortcomings of the stock Hydraulic Throwout Bearing with the higher clamp load Pressure Plate.

RAM Clutches also recognized this issue & offered up this direct replacement Adjustable Hydraulic Throwout Bearing and slave cylinder. The wide range of adjustment allows you to compensate for different spring heights on aftermarket Clutches & the Heavy Duty Bearing handles those higher clamp load Pressure Plates with ease.

Bottom line: If you have upgraded beyond the factory Clutch on your 2005-present Mustang GT with the Tremec 3650 or 2007-2010 Mustang GT500 with the Tremec TR6060 you need this bearing!

All around quality!

Latemodelrestoration.com's format made it really easy for me to find the parts I was looking for with my Mustang. After finding all the parts I ordered them and received them in a timely manner, neatly packed. The products themselves were, of course, top quality!
