Prothane Urethane Motor Mounts
Prothane urethane motor mounts for your 2005-2014 Ford Mustang are steel reinforced and insulated with urethane. Urethane mounts have higher resistance to oil-soak and temperature changes. Urethane deflects less, so the mounts are stronger than rubber, yet they offer insulation from noise and vibration that solid mounts don’t. These mounts also reduce flex which could keep your S197 Mustang from putting all of your horsepower to the ground.
Urethane mounts may raise height of engine. Check hood for interference when installing these mounts.
- Fits 2005-2014 Ford Mustang V6 & GT
- Fits 2008-2009 Ford Mustang Bullit
- Fits 2012-2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302
With 100k plus miles on our 2006 Mustang GT, that has been making way more horse power than stock for the last 50k, it was time to replace the old worn out stock motor mounts. These were probably one of the best investments I have made in a while, not overly harsh, but it definitely feels more solid now and adds great looks too..

I just Installed these and they works good, but holy vibration! Taking the car to my local ford expert to see if there is something wrong with the engine and trans. Jury is still out.
Lifted or lowered suspensions, increases in horsepower, plus-size wheels and tires can subject traditional rubber suspension bushings to forces beyond their limits. Control arms, strut arms, leaf springs, body mounts, motor mounts, transmission mounts, sway bars and shocks all control movement and maintain alignment but the rubber bushings they use are designed for more "middle of the road" use. Rubber also deteriorates over time, further reducing control. This contributes to premature component failure, a "spongy" ride and less than ideal performance handling. Urethane bushings can correct these conditions, and improve drivability in your Mustang or Ford Lightning.
LMR is a great company with great products. I recently purchased the Gibson Catback exhaust for my 2015 Mustang Ecoboost and I love it. Easy to install, great looking tips, and best of all almost half the price than competitors systems. My main reason I decided to go with Gibson was because off the reputation and because I think after searching all the exhaust systems, their exhaust system is probably the best sounding one. No raspyNess what so ever you expect from a 4 cylinder exhaust system. It's a nice low, deep tone.
