Your 2005-2010 Mustang GT is built using rubber bushings in control arms, motor mounts, transmission mounts, sway bars, spring isolaters, and struts. Rubber bushings are soft and pliable. They offer superior insulation from noise and harshness, but they cost you in parformance and durability. Urethane is a harder, more durable substance. When used in suspension components and drivetrain mounts, they provide increased performance due to the lack of deflection as well as increased durability and resistance to contaminating fluids such as oil and transmission fluid. Prothane is dedicated to producing the highest quality urethane components on the market today. All of Prothane's products carry a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
When you are looking to replace your soft rubber bushings with durable urethane bushings, go with a full Prothane Mustang kit. This 2005-10 Mustang GT urethane bushing complete kit has it all!

Lifted or lowered suspensions, increases in horsepower, plus-size wheels and tires can subject traditional rubber suspension bushings to forces beyond their limits. Control arms, strut arms, leaf springs, body mounts, motor mounts, transmission mounts, sway bars and shocks all control movement and maintain alignment but the rubber bushings they use are designed for more "middle of the road" use. Rubber also deteriorates over time, further reducing control. This contributes to premature component failure, a "spongy" ride and less than ideal performance handling. Urethane bushings can correct these conditions, and improve drivability in your Mustang or Ford Lightning.
Testimonial: Coyote swap parts a step above the rest.
Late Model has made choosing the right parts for my coyote swap fox body much easier. With a dedicated section for this type of build and constantly updated with the latest parts it was a clear choice for me. They even did they're own swap with instructional videos. Thanks Late model!
I've done a complete engine swap from a 5.0 to a 5.8 Windsor motor that performs nicely. I've also upgraded the entire electrical system with MSD components as well . Future projects will include twi...
