ECU does not need to be changed, but I would recommend a larger throttle body to take advantage of the cam. Also, if those are the only mods to the car, with factory heads, 19lb injectors should still be sufficient.

I have a C&L 80mm maf on my 1990 5.0 LX now and it's for 24LB injectors. I was told my car would run better with a Pro M. Looking to make the car run better. Idle hangs to long whenever you let of throttle. My mods are as follows
Trick Flow intake ported to heads
Edelbrock heads that have been ported and polished as far as they can for the street
1.6 Roller rockers
stock throttle body and spacer as of now.
JBA Shorty headers
Magnaflow X and Cat back

A 75mm meter would be perfect for your set-up. You really do not need anything bigger. As far as the idling hanging up high, I would check your idle air control motor to make sure it is not sticking.
