By removing the oil fill baffle on the passenger valve cover and doing a little work in both valve covers with a Dremel tool, there rockers will work under factory valve covers. However, if you don't want to modify your existing covers, the CAN-65345 will clear the rockers and the intake.

As far as the everything else goes they are a direct bolt in replacement. No need for different size push rods or valve springs. I will say if your push rods have some mileage on them I would replace them with the rocker arms as they are inexpensive but invaluable. Let me know if you have any other questions.
