I see there's only 2 reviews and 2 pictures but I was wondering if anyone else has put this on their car and weather or not they are running tailpypes because it looks like there isn't any room for tailpypes? Any info will be great! -nathan

Tailpipe clearance is restricted, but not eliminated. I have this panhard bar on my 93 and the Flowmaster catbacks will clear as that is what I run. Dynomax will clear as well. Anything else will require a trip to the exhaust shop to have some modification done. Whatever the case, you'll still be able to retain tailpipes!

3" pipes will not clear the panhard bar without some clearancing. The 2.5" tails on my 93 are very close as it is and required quite a bit of adjustment to get them to where they would not hit.

No, The upper control arms must be retained with only a panhard bar. If you wish to eliminate the upper control arms, you will need to add a torque arm.

Yes, This will work fine with a lowered Fox and you don't have to remove the rear to in stall it. The hardest part of the install is drilling the mounting holes through the frame rails other than that its fairly simple to install. It just bolts into place.

No it definitely does not. A rear swaybar is still needed to help balance the load from tire to tire. The panhard bar simply keeps the axle "centered" in the chassis so there is no extreme side-to-side movement causing erratic handling.

Will this kit clear the stock 97 cobra catback? Its a 2.25" pipe size. I've heard that flowmaster 2.5" is the only thing that will clear. Also, is removal of the catback required for installation? Just looking for some clarification before i buy the product to save myself a headache

The Maximum Motorsports panhard bar will clear stock exhaust, Flowmaster, and Dynomax - in my experience. Removal of the catback is not required for installation.
