Vinyl dye can be used on leather seats for touch up, or freshening up seat upholstery. It is not designed to be used for a color change.
Due to Hazmat regulations, lubricants/fluids cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
This is really intended for flexible plastics. While it could be used to reduce minor fading, when it dries on fabric, it can leave the material feeling rough. I would recommend getting a fabric dye to ensure the fabric remains soft. Most upholstery shops will have access to fabric dyes to get you matched up with the correct shade.
