That is very popular to do. We offer 2 types of paint, vinyl and lacquer. If it is a hard plastic, lacquer is needed. If its something you can dig your fingernail into, such as the dash pad for example, vinyl paint is recommended. On surfaces that get lots of wear like scuff plates and armrest pads, we recommend to buy black pieces for those. With thorough prep, this paint holds up well on things such as dash components as a lot of that was painted from the factory.
