It will have know problem passing the number's but the visual will be tough, depending were you go. Some people put the stock air box before they smog it :)

Hi Vincent, is that a 130 amp alternator in your picture? I am upgrading my car to a 130 amp alternator so I can run a electric fan and I also have a March Ram Air system on my car is there any room between the housing and the alternator?

I have it mounted to the bumper and have no problem in rain. And its my daily driver! I noticed a big difference as well, a little better then a cold air intake. It did show more power on my speed density car then the MAF car. Don't know why that is.

I have a bbk CAI, which already had it when I bought my first mustang (89 GT) from previous owner. And really dont like the bbk. Im currently rebuilding the engine and am almost done, question is, is their anything i need extra to buy and install this kit properly? And i dont have the factory air box, do i need one or does this have everything needed for installation?

It has everything you need, except the intake elbow off the throttle body. Some use the stock plastic elbow, stainless steel elbow or aluminum which is the best to diapate heat. And some people get a bigger k&n cone filter for more air in :)
