This is the same injector that came stock in 99/01 Cobra & 03-04 Mach 1.

This injector is a direct fit for:

99-04 4.6L 4V

For this injector to work on 86-95 5.0L, 96-04 4.6L 2V, & 96-98 4.6L 4V will require an M14464A8 adapter kit.
