1.6 rockers will be a perfect option to go with, as well as the hardened push rods. Here are some recommendations.

Hey Anthony, these heads would be a great addition to your 90 Mustang. You can run the E303 cam with the auto tranny and not have to upgrade the torque converter.

Will these heads work with cobra (GT40) intakes and BBK long tubes? My current combo is GT40 irons with 5/16 ford racing roller rockers, E303, cobra intake, and bbk long tubes. Will I need to change push rods, and roller rockers, or are these heads a direct swap with all the components I currently have?

These come with the M-6513-A50 valve springs. Seat pressure is 123lbs at 1.800'', and Open pressure is 303lbs at 1.250''. The range Ford Racing recommends for the X303 cam is 120lbs seat pressure, and 295lbs open pressure, so you would not have to upgrade the springs these come with. It is very important to check piston to valve clearance.
