Ford Racing 347ci Boss Crate Motor
This Ford Racing 347ci 350hp Boss Crate Motor is a great way to easily add serious horsepower to your Mustang! Built on a Ford Racing Boss 302 block, this 347 cubic inch crate motor makes 350 horsepower and 400 ft/lbs of torque with a 10.5:1 compression ratio. This Mustang racing engine is built to professional racing series standards and delivers reliable lasting performance.
High Quality Construction
This high performance Mustang crate motor is built to take on the demands of high horsepower modifications with it's high quality internals. SCAT forged crankshaft, SCAT forged connecting rods, and Mahle forged pistons make for the perfect combination in this Ford Racing engine. A Comp Cam hydraulic camshaft helps produce more power with a 260/260 duration and a .533" lift.
Aftermarket Performance Parts
This motor features a variety of high quality parts that work perfectly together to deliver the most performance! This motor is equipped with a double roller timing chain, rear sump circle track oil pan, Ford Racing X cylinder heads, beehive valve springs, 1.60:1 roller rocker arms, MSD billet distributor, Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum intake manifold, Edelbrock water pump, high volume oil pump and ARP head studs. This motor is topped off with polished aluminum circle track valve covers for aggressive looks.
This engine has a rear sump performance oil pan and pickup, regular rotation timing cover and regular rotation water pump, and non-EFI valve covers. Depending on your application, a different timing cover, water pump, performance oil pan and pickup may be required. The timing chain cover will work with most regular rotation water pumps. Fuel pump eccentric M-6287-B302 installed, allows use of mechanical fuel pump. A standard rotation water pump is installed on the engine. Other applications may require different water pumps and timing chain covers. The damper M-6316-D302 may require a spacer for pulley alignment. The flywheel (M-6375-D302) not included should work for most 157-tooth manual transmission applications. For other transmission applications use the proper "0" balance flywheel
Firing order 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 (5.0L HO and 351W order).
We recommend breaking this crate engine in properly. Late Model Restoration will not be held accountable for any damages that may occur due to improper break-in methods. Normal break in conditions consist of 500 miles at normal operating conditions.

LMR is a great company with great products. I recently purchased the Gibson Catback exhaust for my 2015 Mustang Ecoboost and I love it. Easy to install, great looking tips, and best of all almost half the price than competitors systems. My main reason I decided to go with Gibson was because off the reputation and because I think after searching all the exhaust systems, their exhaust system is probably the best sounding one. No raspyNess what so ever you expect from a 4 cylinder exhaust system. It's a nice low, deep tone.
