It is difficult to provide a accurate answer because most cylinder heads have different height of rails where the valve covers mount and therefore provide different clearances. I would say that the stud mounted rockers will be very close. I think they are more for the pedestal mounted rockers.

Probably not. I have 1.6 rr on my AFR 185s and I had to modify the baffle to make it clear. FYI with any tall valve covers you will need a spacer between the upper and lower intake manifold or your throttle linkage will hit the valve cover. Good luck.
