Stiffen up the rear suspension in your 05-14 Mustang and gain better control with a pair of Ford Racing rear lower control arms. These Ford Racing M-5649-R1 Rear Lower Control arms are the ones to have! They are the same ones used on the Boss 302R and FR500C Race Cars. Installation takes less than half an hour & can be done in your driveway with hand tools.
The black powdercoated tubular steel construction removes the flex found in the factory control arm stamping. Paired with the urethane bushings on both ends, these control arms help remove the dreaded wheel hop & keep your axle located for improved handling.
Fits all 2005-2013 Mustang V-6, GT, Shelby GT-500 and 2012-2013 Boss 302
Great for use with rear control arm relocation kit M-5650-A
For tubular control arms with spherical bearing ends see control arm kit M-5649-S
