If you are doing a modular swap, you will need part number LRS-TZM9604. This part number you referenced is for windsor style motor mounts. The 96-04 application is intended for modular applications. The factory steering shaft will work with this K member as well as control arms. You will need to run coil overs as these do not come with spring perches.

The TeamZ part number for this is TZM-KM-94-95. As for coilovers, any brand will work as they do not attach to the K member itself. They attach to your spindles and strut tower via a caster camber plate.
