The brake lines and routing would be the same but the difference in the kits I believe is the master cylinder port locations and sizes. You would need to switch over to a 96-98 Cobra master cylinder for proper fitment.

I have a 95 cobra. I'm currently restoring the car and the previous owner blew out the rear brake lines. i cannot find a total line replacement like this for my car anywhere. idk if the brakes differed so drastically when they went to the modular 4.6, but would this system fit my 95 as this is for the 96-98?

the 96-98 cobra had different fitting locations under the hood compared to your 94-95. The rear brake lines should be the same though. I believe we can help you out with your specific lines that you need instead of buying the whole kit. Which specific brake lines are you needing for the rear of your car?
