I bought this speed sensor because my "old" one was dirty and filled with oil although it was functioning properly. The new one, however, did not fit into the transmission without major hand sanding, and even after about a half hour of doing so, did not fit as easily as my old one. The new one works, but so did my old one. Do not buy this unit unless you like re-engineering new parts.
We apologize that you had difficulties with the installation of this part. Please expect a call from a customer service representative about the matter.
