A malfunctioning tensioner can reduce power to your motor's accessory drive causing poor drivability. Get it fixed with this direct replacement belt tensioner from Latemodel Restoration. This part installs in minutes and include installation instructions. Pick one up today to get your engine running smoothly again!
Bought this because my 20 year old original was squeaking and jumping back and forth which wasn't giving consistent belt tension. Took 20 minutes to replace but it is a tight area to work in so wear gloves and be prepared with a size 50 torx bit for your ratchet. Car actually idles smoother now and car actually sounds like it looks now... Really good! Nothing worse than various squeaks coming from your car at a red light. Can now hold my head high with the top doen and know that I won't be left on the side of the road if the tensioner failed at an inopportune moment. This was for my '94 GT 5.0 and was a perfect fit... Thanks LMR for ANOTHER Great Product abd quick shipping.
Yes, I would recommend this item to a friend!
