The installation of the outer 1/4 window belt weatherstrip requires partial removal of the plastic well molding so you can access the attaching rivets. The well molding is retained by small nuts and can be accessed by removing the inner trim panel and lowering the window.

While there are no instructions currently, to gain access to this, it requires partial removal of the well molding to gain access. The molding itself is held to the car with small nuts that will become exposed once the well molding is moved out of the way. Once off the car, you will need to drill out the original rivets, and install these with new rivets.
