SPEAKER: If you own an '87 to '93 Mustang GT or a '93 Cobra, it's likely that you have had, or currently have, the problem of a broken fog light. Now, these fog lights, they catch road debris or rocks, and the lens breaks, and then you lose your light. Just doesn't look good going down the road. Now, we've got covered with brand new replacement 5.0 Resto fog light lenses that have the correct glass lens, has the new nuts, the new mounting stud, and new mounting bracket, and even features the correct factory electrical connector for plug and play installation.
Now, to remove your old one if it's broken, you want to put on a glove, because that glass is sharp and you may cut yourself. Now, the factory nut is a 9/16. Go ahead and remove that nut. Then you can unplug your electrical connector, grab hold of the light, and pull it out through the front of the bumper cover.
Now, the new nut on the new fog light is actually a different size. You want to grab you a 17 millimeter. To reinstall, you want to make sure that the bracket stays on the stud. Then go ahead and feed the electrical connector through the oval hole in the fog light bracket. Then go ahead and slide your fog light into place, and get the stud lined up in its hole, making sure that adjustment bracket stays in position.
Now you can go ahead and slide your nut on. Just kind of run it down by hand, and position the light as close as you think you can get it, and then tighten up the nut. All right. Tighten that nut down, and go ahead and plug your electrical connector back in.
All right. And then take a look at your finished product, and as long as everything is centered up then you're done.

If you are wanting to upgrade to HID or ultra white fog light bulb this will also help you with your install.

JONATHAN MCDONALD: Sometimes the fog light isn't broken, and you don't have to replace the whole assembly. It's just the bulb. Replacing the bulb is extremely easy. And this process will apply to '87 and '93 Mustang and '99, 2000 Lightning.
Step one, remove the fog light from the vehicle. Then grab the metal tab at the top. Lift it up. Pull the fog light lens forward and then up and out.
Unplug the single-spayed connector with the white braided wire. Move the two wire clips, and pull the retainer out of the way. Then lift the old bulb out of the assembly.
Slide your new bulb in. Rotate the retainer into place. Lock the two tabs in. Plug this single-spayed connector. Slide your lens back into the housing, and press it until the top tab clips into place.
Reinstall your fog light and test for operation. And there you have it. It took you about 30 seconds, once you had the fog light laying on the table. Now, to pick up your OE replacement, our super-white Xenon bulbs, check out latemodelrestoration.com

Had a problem with an order/quality issue. I put up a review stating so, and was contacted by Mike Linley, who was soooo nice and sooo professional, I almost felt bad about my review !! I felt the review was necessary because of bad welds/paint. Mike explained that they had a particular issue with that supplier and they had changed suppliers because of it. I must have mistakenly got an old set. (upper/lower Control arms-Foxbody). Mike asked a few questions, and was Sending me an updated replacement set while we were on the phone.!!! This is what I wish all Vendors would do; no arguments, no blame, no B.S. !! This is why LateModel stands out as an upstanding company, and backs up their products with AWESOME Customer service. Very rare in this day and age, and because of this I will be a customer for life, and will spread the good word ! Great to know some honest and Classy companies still operate in the good ol' USA.
