How many times have you seen the Window Switch Buttons worn off from constant use? These Billet Aluminum switch buttons are a direct replacement for your 94-04 Mustang OEM Buttons and simply slide into place. Not only do these buttons look great, but they also have the markings engraved into them so they won't wear off.

Let me start by saying these were NOT a simple quick installation!. removing the old buttons was simple and quick. But when It came time to install the new buttons they were all machined slightly out of spec compared to the factory buttons and when you pushes the buttons to lock/unlock a door or roll up/down a window the buttons would rub/hit the factory plastic bezels which would not allow for the switches to "click" and for them to operate. So I ended up having to sand the new knobs aswell as widen the opening's in my factory bezel to allow for enough clearance for them to properly function.
I don't know if I got a set that shouldn't have made it by quality control and this is a rare occurrence or if they are all like this. But just be cautious that they may not properly fit!.
AFTER having made the necessary modifications though they seem to work correctly and look good.
Do I think they are worth the price they are being sold for?.....no....not from my PERSONAL experience. BUT your experience may be different.
I hope a customer care rep reads this review and offers me something to make up for the bad parts I received.
It does sound like you received a defective set, a rep will be in contact shortly.
