This is a stock replacement rocker molding for the driver side of your 2005-2009 Mustang V6 or GT500. It is molded in black plastic and features the correct textured finish. Ford Original Part! Very simple installation to get your Mustang looking new again!
These moldings can take a beating. On lowered cars even more so. I ran over a curb in my 2005 Mustang GT and ruined my original part. The original was painted to match. But the GT500 uses black ones no matter what the color of the car. So to save money and get it fixed right, I bought these textured black ones. They look great and fit great on my Torch Red Stang. And I saved a lot of money by not having to get them painted to match which might entail blending (painting more than the part). A+++ in my book and cheaper than what the dealer wanted

Bought this to replace the rocker I mangled when turning too sharp out of a parking space. Although I have a GT, I ended up going with the textured part found on the V6/GT500. Since I'm going with the GT/CS front and rear bumper covers, it gives me options... leave them as is to match the center of the covers, or have them painted. Either way, gotta love it!

I live in Canada which makes getting parts more difficult due to shipping and availability. I decided to try late model restoration out as they are Canada shipping friendly. The order went smoothly and the parts arrived, and were exactly as i expected. Then a problem arose with one item. Now being in Canada this usually makes this a very painful experience to deal with due to the cost of shipping products back and forth across the border. Most of the time it is just easier and cheaper to just order a new one and cut the loses. Not in this case. I sent out an email with the issue and by the time I went outside to take a picture i already had a response. A new product was shipped out immediately. I could not believe how good the customer service was. This will be where i will get what i need for now on. Anyone can sell a product but it is nice to have a company stand behind what they sell.
