WarrantyTMI is the only interior manufacturer that offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This will cover any workmanship errors caused by the manufacturer and does not cover installation errors or normal wear and tear.
Your seat frames would work correctly with these and new foams, however, your rear seat would become the issue. On 94-98 Mustangs, the rear seat foam was injected into the cover while on 99-04 cars, the cover slips over the foam. In order to correctly install these in your car assuming you still have a rear seat, you will need to get the rear seat from a 99-04 for it to be properly installed.
