quad shocks are used to prevent wheel hop when using stock control arms. Once you change the control arms to an aftermarket style with polyurethane bushings, you will not need the quad shocks any longer.

Yes, if restoring to factory like ride, you would have your (2) front struts and (2) rear shocks along with the (2) quad shocks also in the rear. Some choose to remove the quad shocks if running wider rear wheel and tire combos. Thanks!
