Will it fit on a 1974 460 from a licoln mark iv? And if so, will I need a spacer plate? My motor sits down in back a little so I don't think it's exactly level. The motor is a D4VE. Thanks
in reference to the Holley 4160 Series 600 Cfm 4 barrel for $303.99.

This will fit just about any 4 barrel intake. The spacers are usually used when you want to increase the RPM range of the intake or raise the carb it for other clearance issues,

I would like to know if this carb would fit my 84 5.0 mustang I have a 2bbl on there right now but I did change out my intake manifold to a edelbrock intake manifold that has a 4bbl intake I just have the space to hold my 2bbl. I wanna upgrade to this 4bbl I just need to know if it fits before I purchase.

Adrian, this Holley should fit your application. What spatial constraints do you have? There should be plenty of room as this carburetor is not taller than a 2bbl.

I recently purchased this from you guys. Does it include any gaskets? If not, which gaskets and spacers should I use? I'm going to be putting this on an Edelbrock 7121 intake with no EGR. I'm also using the stock dual snorkel air cleaner and hood for my 84 GT.
