Increase your cooling capacity!
Flex-a-lite introduces new FLEX-A-FIT cross-flow radiators designed with internal fins that perform as heat sinks that absorb heat more quickly from the engine coolant, then radiate it through external fins that increase the tank’s radiant surface area three fold. These radiators are all-aluminum with a 2-row core, 1 in. tubes, and includes a Flex-a-lite electric fan assembly to cover 100 percent of the core. By fully shrouding the core, cooling capability can be improved by as much as 40 percent. So, if you are looking for a high-quality, properly matched radiator and fan, Flex-a-lite has what you need.
Simplified Installation of Radiator
T-Channel in the side tank allows the radiator mounting bracket to slide up and down each channel. Radiator can be re-positioned, both vertically and horizontally by simply loosening the bolts provided.
Simplified Attachment for Accessories
Unique external fin design integrates limitless fastening points for attaching expansion tanks, electric fans, oil coolers, etc.
Flex-a-lite's Flex-a-fit Radiators Feature:
41% more efficient than brass radiator tanks
104% more efficient than composite radiator tanks
135% more efficient than aluminum aftermarket radiator tanks
Worth the extra money, don't cheap out. American made and looks great when you open the hood, the polished aluminum cleaned up gives it an excellent custom look. Love the electric fan too. Comes with everything you need.
Founded in 1962, Flex-a-lite was started by Eddy Davis when he created the first flexible fan out of hand-cut fiberglass roofing material. The flex fan concept was a lightweight fan that would flatten out at high RPMs and reduce engine load for more horsepower to the wheels. In 1978 they patented their first electric fan which helped transform the business. Today, Flex-a-lite manufactures a full range of belt-driven fans, electric fans, transmission and oil coolers.
