Swapping out to a smaller supercharger pulley is the easiest way to add power to your 1999-2004 Ford Lightning short of a tune. However, the smaller you go, the less contact area the belt has on the pulley. This leads to the belt slipping.
Luckily BilletFlow devised the solution by way of these 100mm Idler Pulleys. If the belt is slipping, then you are not achieving full boost. These idler pulleys will not add power themselves, but the elimination of belt slip allows full boost which is where the power increase comes from. These two 100mm Idler Pulleys offer a simple bolt on installation. They are black anodized for long lasting good looks. Plus, the new billet idler pulleys allow for reliable operation, unlike the stockers.
LMR is a great company with great products. I recently purchased the Gibson Catback exhaust for my 2015 Mustang Ecoboost and I love it. Easy to install, great looking tips, and best of all almost half the price than competitors systems. My main reason I decided to go with Gibson was because off the reputation and because I think after searching all the exhaust systems, their exhaust system is probably the best sounding one. No raspyNess what so ever you expect from a 4 cylinder exhaust system. It's a nice low, deep tone.
