I notice in the product picture there is a offset 4 bolt adapter plate that mounts to the firewall... but in the customer's picture i can only see 1 bolt in use.. assuming the other side has one as well on the bottom. but the two top bolt holes are empty. can you explain that to me please? or possibly display a link for full installation instructions?

The side you see pictured in our photo is the side that bolts to the firewall. The 2 black dots in the middle, are the studs that stick out of the other side for where you see his master cylinder attached to. Those 2 holes that appear empty that you are referring to are the backside of the studs you see in our display photo if that makes sense. Basically our picture is of the firewall side, and his is of the engine bay side.
