Credit card issues are the main reason orders are cancelled. These issues can occur for several reasons:
- Address Verification - The billing address entered on your order must match the correct billing address of the credit/debit card being used. This is the address you receive your monthly statements for your credit/debit card.
- CVV Code - This is the 3 digit security code on the back of your card on the signature line. The 3 digit code follows the last 4 digits of your credit card # on the back of the card.

- Insufficient Funds - Not enough funds available on the card or you have reached your daily spending limit.
