LRS and the RtR wheel saga
First let me start by saying these gentlemen at LRS are top notch in customer service! I ordered a set of RTR wheels with the Nitto 555 combos from their website (I live an hour away, but had no way of getting the wheels here w/o delivery) for my '11 GT. Much to my dismay, they were backordered for about a month. Working with Carson over the phone about a billing address issue, he never dropped the order. A day later the order was placed and I was content. Four days later I get a call from Carson telling me "Your wheels are on the way"! Was I excited? Much like Charlie Sheen in a crack factory!! I was ecstatic! The wheels were delievered the next day, and upon opening the first box up I noticed a small (1/2 inch) but noticable gouge in the lip of a wheel. After going back and forth with whether to put them on with some touch up paint or not, I figured this amount of money spent, better to get a new one. I put the wheel in the trunk and off I went to LRS. The showroom is totally clean, with lots of customer pleasing eye-candy. The sales man at the desk (sorry dude, your name slips my mind) younger guy.. was totally professional and courteous. They took the wheel, remounted my tire and had me on the road in 20 minutes, new wheel in one hand, and a set of lowering springs in the other, no questions asked. You cant beat that kind of customer service and satisfaction! Needless to say, all my Mustang needs will go to LRS, online for the big stuff, in person for the small items.. Thanks to all the crew at LRS for contributing to one of the best garage weekends I have had in a long time!
