BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Last November I ordered complete upholstery replacement for my 1999 F150 Lariat. I did not have the opportunity to install it until July of this year. I was please with the quality and workmanship, but not happy with the way that it fit in places. I contacted Late Model about this, not expecting a response due to the amount of time that had lapsed. To my surprise, Mike Linley contacted me requesting photos, which I sent. Today Mike called to let me know that they are going to replace the entire set at no charge. I don't think that you could find a better customer orientated company today. I am very well pleased and will certainly be doing business with them in the future.
